SULLIVAN, Chief Judge:

On October 10 and 11, 1990, appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of a military judge sitting alone at Norton Air Force Base, California. He pleaded guilty to *472possession of' marijuana and of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and carrying a concealed weapon. Contrary to his pleas, he was convicted of wrongful use of marijuana and cocaine, possession of other drug paraphernalia, and resisting apprehension, all in violation of Articles 112a, 92, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 912a, 892, and 934,…
