State Ex Rel. Three Unnamed v. Peterson

¶ 1. Attorney Francis Schmitz, who has been designated as the special prosecutor representing the State of Wisconsin throughout the proceedings in this court, has filed a motion for reconsideration of a portion of this court's July 16, 2015 decision. Attorney Schmitz also asks this court to stay its mandate regarding the documents and data gathered during the investigation while the prosecution team determines whether to seek federal review of our decision.
