ZAVATT, District Judge.
The defendant petitions this Court for an order directing a change of venue to the District Court of Connecticut under the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). The action was commenced in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, to recover $23,150 for an alleged breach of contract for the construction of a house by the plaintiffs, who reside in the district, for the defendant in Stamford, Connecticut.
