This writ of error is brought to review the proceedings and judgment of the Municipal Court in a fourth class case, wherein the plaintiffs, Louis A. Mangold & Co., sued the defendant, H. E. King, in attachment, to recover commissions alleged to have been earned by the plaintiffs in and about the sale of the leasehold and fixtures of a hotel in Chicago owned by defendant. The case was tried before a jury. At the close of the plaintiffs’ evidence, the court peremptorily instructed the jury to find for the defendant on the attachment issue, which was done.
