ANDERSON, Judge.

This is an appeal by plaintiff, Jack E. Noble, from an order of the circuit court sustaining a motion to modify a divorce decree with respect to the custody of the minor child of the parties, which motion was filed by defendant, Joan Noble, now Joan Mobley.

Plaintiff obtained a decree of divorce from defendant in the circuit court of the City of St. Louis on March 11, 1958. By said decree plaintiff was awarded the general custody of their minor child, Jack E. Noble, Jr., subject to the right of defendant to visit the child at all reasonable times until further order of the…
