Affirming..The plaintiff, and appellee, Walton-Verona Independent Graded School District, is a rural school unit duly established in which a graded school is conducted in Boone County with the power to demand and require ad valorem rates of taxation to be levied upon the property of the taxpayers of the district by the fiscal court of the county, which was done and the levy was made by the fiscal court for all the years involved in this action.
