SWAN, Circuit Judge.
It was conceded upon tbe argument that, if claims Nos. 3 and 4 are valid, they were infringed. But tbe defendant asserts tbe invalidity of said claims, postulating bis contention upon tbe prior art and tbe doctrine of equivalency.
Tbe art involved relates to laundry driers, which may be described generally as consisting of a drying cabinet, or chamber for tbe wet clothing, and a beating apparatus, usually located beneath tbe drying chamber.
