|2This is a personal injury lawsuit in which the plaintiff seeks reversal of a judgment that found his claims against one of the defendants prescribed. We affirm.

FACTS

According to the pleadings, in August 1998 Rock P. Kampmann sought treatment from West Jefferson Mental Health Clinic for depression, suicidal thoughts, inability to control his emotions, and alcohol abuse.
