Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Rienzi, J.), rendered May 7, 1999, convicting him of sodomy in the first degree, aggravated sexual abuse in the third degree, and endangering the welfare of a child (three counts), upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
