RULING ON MOTIONS

Rapides General Hospital (plaintiff) has brought this action to obtain judicial review of the final decision of the Provider Reimbursement Review Board (Board) denying medicare reimbursement for certain expenditures incurred by the plaintiff. Motions for summary judgment have been filed by both the plaintiff and the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare (defendant).
