Ella B. Smith has appealed from a decree of the chancery court denying her certain relief that she sought, and has assigned ten errors.

Ella B. Smith is a sister of George C. Bennett, 'deceased, and late a citizen of Shelby county, Tennessee. George C. Bennett died testate, leaving his property to his wife, Mary Bennett. Mary Bennett died in August, 1922, about two years after the death of her husband George C. Bennett. Mary Bennett also died testate.
