Appeal from a judgment of the Court of Claims (Lyons, J.), entered November 8, 1990, which dismissed the claim.
In their claim against the State claimants seek damages for personal injuries suffered by their son and loss of services and medical expenses resulting from a sledding accident that occurred on January 15, 1988 at Clermont Park Historic Site in the Town of Livingston, Columbia County.
