Plaintiffs brought this action against the defendant television station, for negligently maintaining a dangerous condition on its premises which allegedly occasioned the physical injuries to the person of plaintiff Edith Webster. A five-day jury trial in the circuit court resulted in a verdict in favor of plaintiff Edith Webster in the amount of $75,000 and in favor of plaintiff Forrest Webster in the amount of $25,000.
