*214This action is one of several arising from disputes among siblings principally over the assets and real property of their deceased parents, George W Swiers and Aglae L. Swiers.1
Background
Their parents’ main asset was a single-family residence at 202 Regent Street in the City of Saratoga Springs where the parents had lived for decades. Prior to 2003, sons, George H.
