The defendants were jointly tried and convicted of robbery and were sentenced to terms of 9 to 20 years imprisonment in the Nebraska Penal and Correctional Complex. On appeal to this court, the judgments were affirmed. See, State v. Huerta, 191 Neb. 280, 214 N. W. 2d 613 (1974); State v. DeLoa, 191 Neb. 290, 214 N. W. 2d 621 (1974).
