Plaintiff seeks recovery for property damage and personal injuries alleged to have been sustained as a result of an automobile accident occurring at approximately 12:45 p.m., February 22, 1954, on U. S. Highway 30, one mile east of Ogden, Boone County. Plaintiff’s vehicle in which she was riding as a passenger was being driven with her consent by Sheldon David Doman in an easterly direction.
