Appellant’s motion for rehearing is overruled. However, the opinion previously filed herein is withdrawn and the following is substituted therefor:

Collins, appeals from a summary judgment denying him recovery for what he alleged constituted an unreasonable interference with access to his property in San Antonio, resulting from the construction of the Guadalupe Street overpass by defendant City of San Antonio.
