HUTCHESON, Circuit Judge.
The suit was for an injunction. The claim was that defendants, an unincor porated labor union and three individuals acting- as its agents, had committed, and were threatening, and would, unless restrained, continue to commit acts of violence against plaintiff and its properties, and that they had threatened and intimidated and would, unless restrained, continue to threaten and intimidate consignees and shippers with and for whom plaintiff does business in order to compel plaintiff to execute a closed shop agreement with the union.
