Derek Sales appeals his convictions for capital murder and aggravated robbery and his respective sentences of death and life imprisonment. We find no error and affirm. Because Sales was sentenced to death and to fife imprisonment, jurisdiction lies in this court under Arkansas Supreme Court Rule 1-2 (a) (2).

The jury was presented with the following facts. Willie York was murdered in his home shortly after 11:30 p.m. on April 16, 2005. York ran his own small business of selling liquor out of his home. Bradley County is a dry county, and he sold beer by the can. His…
