OPINION OF THE COURT

We are called upon to review determinations of the State Commission on Judicial Conduct removing from office Joseph Alessandro, a Justice of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, and his brother Francis Alessandro, a Judge of the New York City Civil Court, Bronx County, for alleged acts of judicial misconduct. Both brothers admit misconduct, but challenge the sanction as too severe.
