Walker & Lybrook brought this suit against J. W. Collier, as administrator of the estate of James E. Banck, deceased, to establish a claim against the estate, and also to fix a judgment lien upon certain lands, once the property of the intestate, claimed by the defendant in error, Anna C. Loring. They also alleged that, after their debt accrued, Banck conveyed the lands in controversy to the defendant in error in fraud of his creditors. P. J.
