The above-styled cause was heard by the Court without a jury and taken under submission on the 10th day of May 1977. The Court, after examining the pleadings and the evidence presented at the trial makes the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law involved in the collision of the S/T KEY LARGO, owned by F. Hugh Cole, and the Tug BOAZ, owned by Sabine Towing and Transportation Company, Inc.
