District Judge, Hitting in place of MR. JUSTICE CASTLES, delivered the opinion of the Court.

This is an appeal from a decree of divorce and property Httlement granted in favor of the plaintiff wife against the Kfendant husband. From the property settlement provisions ■ the decree, the husband appeals. No issue is taken to the Banting of the divorce.
