Petitioner-appellant European American Bank (“EAB”) appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Sotomayor, J.) affirming an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court that: (1) rescinded its pri- or order extending the time for EAB to file a complaint to determine the dischargeability of a debt pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(c); (2) precluded EAB from filing a future complaint to determine the dischargeability of the debt; and (3) discharged the debt owed to EAB.
