— In a consolidated action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., sustained in a boiler explosion, the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Lodato, J.), dated April 9, 1987, as, upon an order of the same court, dated September 15, 1986, granting the motion of Ace Atlas Corp., inter alia, to set aside a jury verdict in their favor for failure to make out a prima facie case, dismissed their complaint against Ace Atlas Corp.
