This is an appeal from a decree, on demurrer to a bill for specific performance of a contract of sale of real estate, sustaining the demurrer and dismissing the bill. The bill was filed by the purchaser against the vendors. The demurrer was sustained on the ground that “the contract is too vague and indefinite to be enforced and no amendment of the bill could remedy this defect.”
