Home Equity Savers, Ltd. (Home Equity), appeals the trial court’s order granting HIBCO Investments’ motion to expunge Home Equity’s tax redemption of a certain parcel of real property (Subject Property). Home Equity also appeals the trial court’s denial of its motion for reconsideration.
