BLACKBURN, Presiding Judge.
Convicted on three counts of aggravated child molestation, Joshua Stone appeals, arguing that the trial court erred in admitting his *749confession to police. We hold that evidence supported the trial court’s finding that Stone voluntarily and intelligently waived his constitutional rights. Accordingly, we affirm.
