Appeal from a judgment of the Allegany County Court (Thom*1479as E Brown, J.), rendered July 14, 2011. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of rape in the first degree and course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
