This is an action by appellee against appellant for damages arising out of the death of appellee’s decedent, which occurred while he was working for appellant as a lineman, stringing wires in his railroad yards in the city of Indianapolis, by reason of an electric shock received from a high-voltage wire with which he came in contact.
