This was an action by plaintiff in error, C. Andrade, 3d, against Southern Pine Lumber Company, defendant in error, for damages for personal injuries received by him in a collision between his automobile and one of defendant in error's trucks. The jury found defendant in error guilty of the negligence charged in the petition, but also convicted plaintiff in error of contributory negligence. On the verdict of the jury judgment was entered against plaintiff in error.
