Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed March 21, 1991, which assessed R & J Robichaud Drywall Corporation for additional unemployment insurance contributions.

R & J Robichaud Drywall Corporation (hereinafter R & J) contests the determination by the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board that claimant, a drywall finisher, was its employee rather than an independent contractor.
