ORDER
ARTHUR B. BRISKMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came before the Court on the Chapter 13 Plan (Doc. No. 13) filed by Catherine Patricia Hughes, the Debtor herein (“Debtor”), and the Objection to Debtor’s Chapter 13 Plan (Doc. No. 22) filed by Wachovia Bank, N.A. (“Wacho-via”), a creditor herein. The confirmation hearing was held on June 24, 2008 at which counsel for Laurie K. Weatherford, the Chapter 13 Trustee, and counsel for Wa-chovia appeared.
The Plan was conditionally confirmed by Order entered on June 26, 2008 (Doc. No. 37) subject to the determination of Wacho-via’s Objection.
