— Determinations unanimously annulled on the law without costs, and matter remitted to respondent Buffalo/Rochester Uniform Code Board of Review for further proceedings, in accordance with the following memorandum: Petitioner is the owner of a gas station in the Village of Sodus Point. To replace his underground gasoline storage tanks, he applied to respondent Folwell, the village building inspector, for a permit to install above-ground tanks. Folwell issued the permit.
