GARRECHT, Circuit Judge.

Jack Graham filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, Southern Division, a petition for writ of habeas corpus. Upon return to an order to show cause, .which order was directed to P. J. Squier, Warden, United States Penitentiary, McNeil Island, Washington, where petitioner is imprisoned, and after hearing held, the district court made findings of fact and conclusions of law and entered an order denying the petition and dismissing the action.
