— Alfred Foy was convicted by a jury of seven counts of second degree robbery (Pen. Code, § 211) 1 and one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (former § 12021, subd. (a)(1)). Foy was sentenced under the three strikes law to a term of 120 years to life in state prison.
