We vote to affirm the order upholding defendant’s robbery conviction after a jury trial. Settled precedents and the particular facts, resolved against defendant in both courts below, establish that no Wade hearing should be mandated in this case and all similarly situate street canvass cases (see, United States v Wade, 388 US 218).
