STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Anthony Hershberger appeals from an adverse verdict and judgment on his action for damages for personal injuries. We affirm.

STATEMENT OF THE FACTS

Hershberger was injured when the automobile in which he was riding as a guest left the roadway, having failed to negotiate a curve at a high rate of speed, and went into a ravine knocking over some small trees and brush.
