Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him after a jury trial of two counts of murder in the second degree (Penal Law § 125.25 [1], [3]) and one count of burglary in the second degree (Penal Law § 140.25 [1]) arising from the murder of a store clerk during the commission of an attempted burglary at a convenience store. The crimes were videotaped by the store camera, and the enhanced likeness of the suspect was shown during local news broadcasts.
