In this accelerated, interlocutory appeal, appellant Luz Velandia, DMD, individually and d/b/a Amigos Dental, contends the trial court abused its discretion in denying her motion to dismiss appellee Carlos Contreras’s healthcare-liability claims because Contreras failed to serve an expert report within the statutory deadline. Although Contreras maintains he timely served an expert report, we conclude that the purported report, although timely, does not satisfy even the minimal requirements to be considered an expert report, and therefore we reverse and render…
