The trial court temporarily enjoined defendants Allenberg Cotton Company, Inc., R. S. Tapp, d/b/a R. S. Tapp & Co., Adolph Hanslik Cotton Company, Inc., and R. E. Huntley Cotton Company, d/b/a Panhandle Warehouse and Compress Company from removing 1640 bales of cotton grown by Welton Fields and several other plaintiff cotton farmers and stored in the defendant Panhandle’s warehouse.
