Frederick May and Morris Novgrod (hereinafter referred to as May and Novgrod), individually and on behalf of others similarly situated, and M. Goldsmith Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Goldsmith), join as plaintiffs in this action in which they seek injunctive and declaratory relief.
