Claimant, William L. Cooper, Jr., filed an application for adjustment of claim following an altercation with a co-worker in which head, neck, shoulder and back injuries were sustained during the course of his employment with R.A. Cullinan & Sons. Claimant filed a petition for immediate hearing pursuant to section 19(b — 1) of the Workers’ Compensation Act (Ill. Rev.
