HUXMAN, Circuit Judge.

This was an action on a collision insurance policy issued by appellant to appellee covering an Autocar oilfield truck. The policy so far as material insured against loss resulting from collision and upset. The-truck was damaged in a collision. A controversy arose between the insured and the-insurance company and this action was instituted to recover damages to the truck,. monies expended in properly repairing it. and for l'oss of time for the use of the truck.
