_JjThe claimant, Claire Soileau, sustained injury from a 2006 work-related fall. Although the employer, TMC Foods, Inc., paid compensation benefits, it terminated those benefits in 2011. The employer also denied a cervical surgery recommended by the claimant’s treating orthopedic surgeon. In filing this matter, the claimant sought reinstatement of benefits, an order that the employer provide the recommended surgery, and penalties and attorney fees.
