The mother and father of three children, L. P, J. P, and P P, appeal from the termination of their parental rights. The mother argues that termination of her rights was error because she substantially completed her case goals and her children’s dependency was not likely to continue or cause them future harm, and that the juvenile court violated her right to due process by terminating her parental rights despite the Division of Family and Children Services’ (“DFCS”) failure to file her case plan.
