This suit was brought by the plaintiff-appellant farm owner, a corporation, for a mandatory injunction to compel the defendant-respondent supervisors of Brimson Drainage District of Grundy and Harrison Counties to construct a bridge across its drainage. ditch on a public road which .bisects appellant’s farm in Grundy County, and furnishes the most accessible and reasonable outlet therefrom.
