—In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein, Wolf & Schlissel, P. C. appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Gowan, J.), dated July 24, 1997, which denied its motion for leave to withdraw as counsel for the plaintiff.
Ordered that the order is reversed, as a matter of discretion, with costs, and the motion is granted; and it is further,
