The Secretary of Labor seeks to restrain R. E. Lee Electric Company (hereinafter Lee Co. or defendant) from violating the overtime and record-keeping requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act (herein referred to as the Act), 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq., and to restrain Lee Co. from continuing to withhold unpaid overtime compensation alleged to be due certain of its employees by virtue of the pertinent provisions of the Act.
