MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

GENE CARTER, District Judge.

On May 28, 1999, a federal grand jury returned an Indictment against Defendant David J. Brunette charging him with one count of transportation of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(1) (Count I), and three counts of possession of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B) (Counts II, III, and IV). Indictment (Docket No. 1).
